Note: Although I have lots of skills and experience in building apps, these applications are in various stages of development. I am focused on this only part-time when I have extra energy, and this is supposed to be entertaining for me. Please take that into consideration, and use is at your own risk.
AI Changerz – (ChatGPT) This GPT is a tool for AI Transformation within any organization. It assesses where an organization is on its change journey and provides practical ways in which an organization can mature in AI readiness. The embedded change model is Kotter’s 8-steps.
Annual PMO Review Process Assistant – (ChatGPT) Use this GPT to facilitate your annual PMO review process. This GPT is inspired by the the multi-year work from an un-named consulting firm that cost several MM. I created this in one hour, using my Mavisworks consulting cost at $250. This is a 3000x improvement that can be typical for using Gen AI to help make processes more efficient and effective.
Mavisworks Quarterly Business Review Assistant – (ChatGPT) This GPT was created as classwork for one of my certifications. It is an example of what is possible using Gen AI to increase efficiency of business processes. During the time I spent opening my own LLC, I was able to dig into some business fundamentals that I haven’t had a chance to dig into before. QBR is one of them.
Oak Park Rainfall Gauge– (ChatGPT) If you live in, or simply want to know how much precipitation we’ve had in Oak Park, IL today, this week, and this month, the Oak Park Rainfall GPT is for you. I created this for my partner, as this information isn’t as easily compiled in this way as you might think. Also, it avoids ads.
Unscrambler – (ChatGPT) It unscrambles. Do you play word games where you have 6 letters from which you need to find many words that are between 3-6 letters? Are you tired of ads on these pages that fill up the entire phone screen, making the use of the pages nearly impossible? The need comes at a time when you just cannot figure out that darned 6-letter word and type in “###### unscramble” into a browser to pull up a site that might help you with words? It doesn’t yet work as well as some of the sites out there, but it is a work in progress.
WIG (Woke Image Generator) – (ChatGPT) My use case for this is to create marketing images and images to be used in powerpoint presentations for a construction project management special interest group. When I first started working with ChatGPT, I was like, “give me a professional image that represents Chicago project management.” The initial images were eye-opening, as most used the interpretation of “professional” to mean white men. Chat GPT basically gave me images of project managers in suits as white men. Most of the other folks in the images were also men. There were no men of color, women, folks with disabilities, or age variations. This work in progress instructs ChatGPT on a new definition of professional. This facilitates me being able to say, “give me an image for X,” and not having to put in additional instructions every time. There are equal parts men and women, no more than 50% white people, natural hair, and a visible disability in at least every other image. I will adjust as I have more time, as this is something I find I do often for association work.
