As I prepare for the PMI-PMOCP (PMO Certified Professional) certification, there are several tools that I want to bookmark for future reference. And I would like to share them with you.

One of the things I’m often heard saying is something to the effect of no need to reinvent the wheel. PMI is an association with researched and proven methods. I have been a member since 2016. The included tools are just some of many models, guidance, frameworks that help us to more effectively manage projects and PMOs. I have relied on PMI for definitions of various roles when navigating disagreements. There is nothing that can compare to having such a large body of knowledge behind me when I am doing this work. Are there specific tools or resources that have helped you in your roles?
